The Background


The dairy industry in Kenya has gone through significant transformation over the last couple of years. Established players have witnessed stiff competition from new entrants, this not to mention the mergers, acquisitions, new product lines, dwindling consumer & trade loyalty.

The Solution


We executed a huge consumer & retail campaign targeting the mass market ( low-middle income consumers). The 360 degree campaign was multi pronged – retail audits & seeding, consumer sales, POS placements, Route to market redesign, territorial mapping, distributor audits & digital promotions..

The Results


  • Big success, we created a huge buzz that was covered on National media and entrenched the new brand as the “go to” in it’s category.
  • Generated 130% sales above set targets..
