NIC Bank has been on a sustained growth trajectory over the past 5 yrs. In line with strategic plans, many new up-country branches were opened in hitherto non-traditional markets. NIC bank is relatively unknown up-country, many customers are still unaware of it's presence in the neighborhood leave alone what the bank offers.

NIC Bank has been on a sustained growth trajectory over the past 5 yrs. In line with strategic plans, many new upcountry branches were opened in hitherto non-traditional markets. NIC Bank being a relatively unknown brand upcountry, many potential customers were still unaware of its presence in the neighborhood leave alone what products the bank offers.

  • Surgical road-shows to raise brand awareness

MAKING IT EXTRAORDINARY


Along with the above activities we set up mobile banking kiosks using the versatile AdTruck which went directly to where the desired audience were. We also ran night activations which dazzled upcountry consumers and helped to generate viral word of mouth.

THE RESULT


Exceeded target metrics at all consumer touch-points by an average of 45% across all the markets we went to. Great acceptance by the local business community & general public resulting in revamped branch operations and expansion of local market share.
